PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We always send the products after thorough inspection in respect of the quality and quantity. But in case during the transit or at the hands of shipping agency, if any breakage or pilferage happens, we take the responsibility of it and send a new product or refund the amount once we get the product in the exact condition. The matter would be taken up by us with the shipping agencies concerned.

The colour of the product may be little bit different because of the image given in our website

We respect the satisfaction of the consumer and happy to take back the product if the consumer wishes to return it due to any reason. We would initiate the payment immediately after we receive the product.

Please make sure to intimate us immediately and send the product including the box along with the invoice within seven days from the date of receipt of the product. We only accept unused product.

The payment would be made to the account holder only.
